Deal Close: Club agreed transfer fee Man United transfer target

Lille have had a £8m offer accepted for Manchester United and West Ham target Kevin Malcuit.
As reported by the L’Equipe, St Etienne have finally agreed to the offer after weeks of talks with their fellow Ligue 1 club.
It will come as sad news to the two Premier League clubs, who have both been strongly linked with the full-back over the past few months.
But he appears set to remain in France after agreeing on a five-year deal at Lille, where he will now undergo a medical test before the move is rubber-stamped.
Meanwhile, Brazil striker Neymar is unhappy with life at Barcelona and is urging Manchester United to step up their interest this summer, as suggested by the stories.
The 25-year-old faced a tough season under Luis Enrique the last season and has been linked with a shock move to Old Trafford.
United manager Jose Mourinho claimed earlier this year that it would be doubtful to land a footballer of Neymar’s standing however the Red Devils have made their interest in the footballer known over the last two season.
As reported by the Daily Record, Neymar is ‘disgruntled’ with life at the Nou Camp and is encouraging The Red Devils long-held interest in him.
While praising the South American away from Spain would be tough – and costly Man United are one of just a few clubs that could sign the striker.
Victor Lindelof is United’s only notable arrival so far this summer, and the club are working on deals for Alvaro Morata and Ivan Perisic.
The Portuguese manager is unhappy with the lack of improvement made on deals by United CEO Ed Woodward and wants signings in place before the club board on their US journey on Monday.
