Are Manchester United set to pull off a second major coup?
After rubbing Chelsea`s noses in it by making a dramatic swoop for the Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, the grapevine is suggesting that Manchester United have stolen a march on the West London club when it comes to the acquisition of a midfielder they`ve been heavily linked with.
According to the good folk of the Daily Star, Jose Mourinho is now looking to add the AS Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko to the Manchester United squad.
Our source is inferring that a transfer fee of £35 million has been agreed for the 22-year-old midfielder who played a vital part in Monaco winning La Ligue last season.
It Antonio Conte was said to be 'livid` at the fact his club failed to land Lukaku, we reckon he`ll blow a fuse if Manchester United muscle in on a second of his targets.
Here at Vital Manchester United we`ll keep an eye out for any further developments and report back as deemed necessary.
